The Concept
The idea with these properties is to find a timeless and at the same time contemporary design, which is straightforward and clean, but by no means appears cold or too purist. This is why Mediterranean materials such as natural stone and the wood elements are used for the facade and interior.
The Floor Plans
The villa offers an open plan living space with big floor to ceiling window fronts. Living area and kitchen communicate thanks to the open layout and have views to the garden and pool area.
